Which roles and locations do you support?
We focus on pharmacy, clinical support, patient access, revenue cycle, and practice operations across the United States. Feasibility depends on your state, role, and the current market; we confirm it during intake.
What should I include in a staffing request?
Start with your organization, work location, role, number of hires, preferred schedule, and target start date. Add the main responsibilities, systems, compensation range, and anything that helps us understand the work. A complete job description is helpful, but you do not need one to start the conversation.
How long does a search take?
Timing depends on specialty, location, shifts, experience, and compensation. After reviewing your request, we discuss a realistic search plan for your role. There is no one-size-fits-all placement promise.
Do you offer direct hire and flexible staffing?
We can discuss direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-hire needs. Available arrangements depend on the role and market and are confirmed before a search starts.
Does submitting a request commit me to a search?
No. The request gives us the information to review your needs. Scope, fees, responsibilities, and terms are discussed separately before an active search begins.
Can we discuss more than one role?
Yes. Include the titles, number of hires, locations, and priorities in your request. Distinguish each opening so we can review them as separate needs and discuss how to organize the search.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Candidates are never charged a fee to be considered through BioLink Staffing. Joining the talent network does not guarantee an interview or placement.
What should I prepare?
Your resume, location, target role, and schedule preferences. A Vocaroo voice introduction is required: answer both application questions in one recording of no more than three minutes total, then paste the share link into the form.
What should I say in the recording?
Answer: What are your biggest motivations in life? What do you value most in a workplace? Use your own words and share only what you are comfortable discussing professionally. There is no need for a rehearsed script or sensitive personal details.
What happens after I apply?
Your profile goes into our talent network for human review. A recruiter will contact you when there is a relevant next step. We do not automatically rank or reject applicants based on their voice.
Can I update my information?
Submit the application again using the same email address. We retain the submission history and update your contact details without automatically resetting an existing application stage.
