Information we collect

We may collect information you provide through our website, forms, email, phone calls, text messages, interviews, and recruiting conversations. Depending on your relationship with BioLink, this may include:

• Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, location, and organization.
• Employer search details such as facility type, open role, hiring timeline, schedule, compensation, and role requirements.
• Candidate information such as work history, education, skills, professional profiles, resumes, voice-sample links, availability, and location.
• Communication preferences and consent records.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and website activity when analytics or security tools are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide staffing and recruiting services, evaluate potential matches, communicate about searches or opportunities, operate and secure our website, improve our services, maintain records, comply with law, and protect the rights and safety of BioLink and others.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support our website, communications, customer relationship management, hosting, analytics, and business operations. Candidate information may be shared with prospective employers when relevant to an opportunity and consistent with the recruiting relationship. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction.

BioLink does not sell personal information for money.

Voice introductions

The talent application requires a Vocaroo recording link answering two application questions, with a maximum of three minutes total. We store the submitted link and related application information in our recruiting system. Vocaroo separately hosts the recording under its own privacy practices. People with the link may be able to listen, and the recording is not guaranteed to remain available permanently. Keep a copy and avoid sensitive personal or patient information.

Recruiters review the professional content of your responses. We do not use voice samples for automated ranking, emotion or personality inference, or identification of protected personal characteristics.

Website fonts

Our website loads Cabinet Grotesk and Satoshi font files from Fontshare's content delivery network. Your browser connects to that provider to display these fonts and may transmit technical information such as your IP address.

Email, calls, and text messages

When you submit an inquiry, we may contact you about that request or relevant recruiting activity. If you separately consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help. Opting out of optional marketing messages does not prevent necessary service communications.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, staffing, recordkeeping, legal, security, and business purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or update your communication preferences, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. To make a request, email privacy@biolinkstaffing.com.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and working-age job candidates. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
